Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

For the Financial Year 2026-2027

This statement is made on behalf of Org Group (“the Group”), pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by the Group during the financial year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

Our Commitment

Org Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically, responsibly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our operations or supply chains.

Our approach is informed by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Labour Standards, and complies with all applicable local legislation, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) Act 2008 (Ireland), and the Modern Slavery Act 2019 (Australia).

Policies and Governance

Our commitment to combating modern slavery is supported by a suite of policies and procedures, including:

• Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
• Employee Code of Conduct
• Vendor Code of Conduct
• Vetting and right-to-work procedures
• Protected Disclosures (Whistleblowing) Policy

These policies prohibit modern slavery and human trafficking in any form and are reviewed annually to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness. Our policies are also underpinned by annual mandatory e-learn training.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify and manage potential modern slavery risks within our operations and supply chains. Our due diligence processes include:

• Assessing modern slavery risks when onboarding new suppliers
• Reviewing existing suppliers based on geographic, sectoral and workforce risk factors
• Requiring suppliers to adhere to our Vendor Code of Conduct or maintain equivalent standards
• Using supplier self-assessment questionnaires and, where appropriate, further review or engagement

Modern slavery risks and mitigation actions are reviewed periodically, including at Board level where appropriate.

Training and Awareness

Training and awareness are central to our approach. All employees receive mandatory modern slavery training as part of their onboarding, with refresher training provided annually.

Training ensures employees:

• Understand modern slavery risks relevant to their role
• Can identify indicators of exploitation
• Know how to raise concerns safely and appropriately

Reporting Concerns and Remediation

Employees, candidates, suppliers and other stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation via:

• Line managers
• Human Resources
• The Group’s Protected Disclosures (Whistleblowing) process

Where incidents are identified, we are committed to appropriate remediation, including:

• Clearly defined grievance and investigation processes
• Engagement with affected parties and relevant stakeholders
• Taking corrective action and preventing recurrence

We are committed to transparency and continuous improvement and will report on identified incidents and remediation actions where required.
