Since joining as Group CEO in 2023, Seb has been the architect of the group’s international expansion and transformation. He has led the organisation into key global markets, while developing integrated services to help customers navigate a fundamentally changing world of work. He is the driving force behind the group’s practice of Organisational Engineering™.

Seb has over 25 years of experience scaling professional services firms. He is a recognised industry leader, having previously held executive leadership roles with some of the world’s largest talent and workforce solutions firms. His focus is on combining customer centricity and operational expertise with a “future-first” mindset, helping ensure Org Group remains an agile and valuable partner to customers.
