Pernille Fabricius

Pernille is Group CFO and a board director, bringing over 30 years of international financial leadership to the executive team. As a strategic partner to the CEO and board, she provides the financial framework, governance, and discipline required to support the group’s long-term strategy and growth.

She has extensive experience in M&A and business integration, ensuring capital is effectively deployed to drive sustainable and profitable expansion.

Pernille holds an MSc in Audit, Accounting and Tax from Copenhagen Business School, an MBA and an MSc in Finance, and an LLM in EU Law from the University of Leicester. Her distinguished career includes senior finance and leadership roles across large global enterprises. She combines deep expertise in strategic financial planning with a strong understanding of international regulatory standards and corporate governance.
