Helen Gallagher

Helen leads the global people strategy for 3,000 employees, overseeing all workstreams dedicated to maximising the group’s most valuable asset: its people. Leveraging her background in behavioral science, she synchronises commercial goals with a high-performance culture and talent wellbeing.

As an executive leadership team member, Helen directs leadership development, D&I, and succession planning. She architects the group’s cultural evolution, ensuring Org Group is positioned as an employer of choice amongst it’s peers. Using a data-driven approach, she leads complex change management to ensure the business remains agile and change-ready within a complex global landscape.
