Geraldine Casey

Geraldine joined Org Group’s board with over 23 years of senior leadership experience across the banking and retail sectors. Currently the Managing Director of Retail Banking at AIB, she leads the retail business in Ireland and the UK with more than three million personal and business customers. Her career is defined by a unique blend of commercial discipline and cultural transformation, having previously served as a Group Chief People Officer with AIB and an Executive Board Director for Tesco.

A Certified Bank Director and Deputy President of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland, Geraldine provides deep expertise in customer-centric innovation. At the board level, she offers perspectives on managing large-scale operations sustainably while maintaining a high-performing and inclusive culture, ensuring the group remains focused on its ‘people-first’ mission.
