Debbie joins the Org Group board with over 25 years of senior leadership experience, specialising in human capital strategy, organisational design and brand-led transformation within the Financial Services sector. She is currently Chief People Officer at Shawbrook Bank, where she has led major organisational transformation programmes and complex international M&A integrations.

Debbie brings deep expertise in cultural transformation, leadership accountability, and reward and compensation frameworks, with a strong track record of aligning people and organisational infrastructure to strategic ambition. Her breadth of experience provides the board with valuable insight into governance, organisational performance, and long-term resilience, supporting the group’s continued growth and evolution.
