Org Group announces strategic Board augmentation to accelerate next phase of global growth

High profile business leaders Debbie Griffin, Shawbrook Bank, and Geraldine Casey, AIB Bank, join the Board of Org Group as Non-Executive Directors.

LONDON, UK —The multinational professional services company, Org Group has announced a significant strategic augmentation of its Board of Directors with the appointment of two high-profile non-executive directors, Debbie Griffin, Chief People Officer of Shawbrook Bank, and Geraldine Casey, Managing Director of Retail Banking at AIB Bank.

The appointment of Ms. Griffin and Ms. Casey as Non-Executive Directors, signals the start of a new strategic cycle to scale Org Group’s integrated services internationally. Both new directors bring valuable ‘outside-in’ perspectives to the Board, ensuring the specialised expertise required to navigate a next phase of substantial growth delivering greater value to customers.

Debbie Griffin has over 25 years of senior leadership experience specialising in people strategy and brand led transformation. Currently Chief People Officer at Shawbrook Bank, Ms Griffin has played a central role within Shawbrook’s executive team as the bank has evolved as a listed business, contributing to its strong performance, cultural development and disciplined approach to growth. Her tenure at Shawbrook has also seen her navigate the complexities of a private equity backed environment for over a decade, most recently guiding the organisation through multiple M&A transactions and a successful IPO process.

Geraldine Casey

Geraldine Casey is an experienced senior executive with a background in managing large-scale operations, customer centric leadership and organisational transformation. She is Managing Director of Retail Banking at AIB, where she leads Retail operations in Ireland and AIB’s UK business, serving over three million customers and supporting a team of approximately 4,000 colleagues.

Prior to this, Ms. Casey served as AIB’s Group Chief People Officer and previously held senior leadership positions at Tesco Ireland, including as an Executive Board Director. She brings extensive experience in commercial leadership, digital transformation and developing customer-focused operating models.
